Our Mission

Joey and Chelsea Murphy, the owners of Murphy Christmas Lighting, who together have set high standards in the industry. Originally from Colorado and Louisiana, they now reside in Texas with their two sons. Their family life, including their advocacy for Autism awareness inspired by one of their sons, fuels their passion for community engagement.

With a combined 40 years of experience, Joey and Chelsea are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Chelsea, who began her career in retail management at the age of 16, brings her dynamic energy and leadership skills to MCL. Her vibrant presence and dedication have propelled the company forward, helping it thrive in the competitive Christmas industry.

Joey, who started in the fire service, transitioned to focus entirely on the lighting industry after 13 years. His expertise has been instrumental in growing MCL into a successful year-round operation. Joey and Chelsea's shared passion for Christmas lighting and community service makes them a formidable team, driving MCL's success and innovation.
