Impersonation of others, including a Murphy Christmas Lighting or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated by Murphy Christmas Lighting from time to time. Ordering Product from Murphy Christmas Lighting constitutes acceptance of the terms set forth herein. Any different, conflicting or additional terms in any purchase order or other writing from Purchaser is hereby expressly objected to and rejected and shall be of no force or effect, unless expressly and specifically agreed to by both parties in writing

How To Place An Order

Murphy  Christmas Lighting website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders can be placed at any time. Order Processing Time

At Murphy Christmas Lighting, we do our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible. We generally get them out within 1 business day. Larger orders may require longer processing times depending on the size of the order and the complexity of how the product must be shipped.

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, business checks and wire transfers. For non-government checks, we will not be able to ship the product until the funds clear our bank. For international transactions, payment must be made via a wire transfer or PayPal. Credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), This includes product as well as Jobber our CRM, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

The service may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Shipping

Please note that Murphy Christmas lighting also uses FedEx and USPS as well as other delivery providers. UPS being the main shipping provider. Expedited shipping is available for most products at an additional cost. Transit days do not include the day the order leaves the warehouse. For example, if you are in a 3-day shipping zone and the item ships on Monday, Day 1 would be Tuesday, with the product arriving on Thursday. For Ground shipping, carriers do not pick up packages on Saturdays and Sundays.

Once a package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over the shipment. It is up to the carrier to handle the package(s) safely and get the shipment to you in a timely manner. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is processed through the warehouse. You will be able to track your package online once it is scanned by the carrier.

Please note that most of our shipping carriers will not deliver to a PO Box. Only USPS will deliver to these addresses. USPS shipping for medium and large packages may require additional shipping charges. In order to receive any free shipping offers that Christmas Designers is offering, we do require a physical address and cannot offer free shipping to PO Boxes via USPS. For additional assistance shipping to a PO Box, please contact our Customer Success Department.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy for purchases, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee for product. All returns must be returned before December 1st, 2024, and no returns will be accepted after December 1st, 2024. An additional 6% fee will be charged due to processing fees from Credit/ Debit cards this includes Jobber and Product. Totalling 16% of order for product. Refunded amount will be amount total minus 16%.

In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be in the original packaging and in the same condition. No Product will be accepted for return and no repair or replacement will be made or credit be allowed on any Product returned unless such return has been approved in advance, in writing, by a Murphy Christmas Lighting Manager.

To begin your return, you must contact us at Jmurphy@murphychristmaslighting.com in order to be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to return your package. All items returned to us before requesting a return, will not be accepted.

Customer Pick-Ups

Murphy Christmas Lighting offers you the ability to pick your order at our location in North Fort Worth TX at 3800 Haslet- Roanoke Rd #13 & #33, Roanoke, TX 76262.

Your order must be placed online at least 4 hours before pick-up. You will receive a confirmation message scheduling a pick-up time. Arriving before your scheduled pick-up time will not help your order be processed any faster. Please make sure to select the correct location for your pick-up to ensure the location has all the product in stock for your order to be fulfilled.

Refunds/Credits

You will be notified once we have received and approved of your return and will issue your refund. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund back into your account, it may take up to 30 days, but we will do our best to get it sent as quickly as possible. In jobber we will send you an additional invoice for the processing fees (6% of all money processed) associated with your account. Once invoice is paid we will refund you your original deposit.

2024 “DECORATIVE CONSTRUCTION 2 DAY COURSE”

• Prices are good for projected date event and not future events.
• 25% discount with 2nd and continous ticket upon checkout when selecting multiple ticket option. 
• No refunds upon purchase. 
• If rescheduling or cancellation occurs due to natural disasters or major life events, refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.

2024 “PRE-BUY IN JULY”

• Prices are good until July 31st, 2024 and will be automatically update on July 31st, 2024.
• Early buy container load Includes duties and shipping cost to final US destination.
• Less than container load pricing does not include shipping from Murphy Christmas Lighting locations to the destination.
• 35% deposit at the time of the order and balance due by Sept 15th. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• Containers are expected to arrive no later than August 1st every year with normal port operations and normal economic conditions. Shipments can be delayed due to acts of God, pandemic                   shutdowns that slow manufacturing, poor manufacturing and international distribution of raw materials, and international and domestic labor workforce.                                                                    Murphy Christmas Lighting will work with its clients to resolve any unforeseen circumstance that are outside of our control.
• Early Buy orders must be picked up from Roanoke, TX, other MCL distribution points, or shipped out no later than Sept 15th, 2024. Exceptions being import delays.
• Buyer pays shipping costs from Seller’s Warehouse to Buyer’s location before product will be shipped out. UPS Freight and UPS Ground used for shipping provider.
• If order is not paid in full by final due date a restocking fee will be enforced of 10% of order. An additional 6% will be charged due to processing fees to return funds. In total 16% will be      deducted from the order total.
